I'm partial to the 69 or 70 Boss 429 even though they were yacht's. Also the 68 1/2 GT 500 King of the Road. I had alot of buddies in High School that owned 88-93 GT and LX's, so I have fond memories of them.

This is my favorite car that I've owned, only owned 3 including this one.

I have to admit, I'm a sucker for the Roush Stage III Mustangs...I love those sidepipes! That and a Boss in grabber orange. My ultimate favorite cars are Ferrari's though...even the ugly ones. I could have gotten a nice used 308 GTS, but I had to think at least a little more economically right now. My fav ferrari??? Either a '67 250 GTO or a '02 550 Barchetta (vert. version of a Maranello). The sound of a Ferrari engine makes me go nuts. And that gated shifting!! I drove a 99 F355 F1, but I just wasn't a fan of the F1 system. Worked GREAT, just wasn't the same though.

Since I was a kid in the late 60's, early 70's I have never driven a Mustang from that era. I have to speak from my experience:

Favorite Mustang:
1985 GT. The last carburated version. My sister had one and it would smoke the tires through 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Very Fast.

Car I would most like to have:
Jaguar XJR. 4 Door luxury with 370 HP S-charged V8.

Sticking with the cars I've owned:
Favorite Mustang: Bullitt  (Though I once owned a 69 fastback with a modified 351 Cleveland that's a close second).

Favorite Non Mustang: Tough one since I've driven Mustangs most of my life. Had a 71 Torino GT w/351 Cleveland (yes I like that engine) that was lots of fun.
