Hello Everyone on February 25th the Mid Florida Mustang Club is having their annual Longwood show. there is interest in putting together a special area with only Bullitt's in it. We did this years ago when the show was at Waterford Lakes and it was a great success with having the 01s,08s and a 68 there all together. we have so far Matt's 08, Rich's 01 and 08, my 01 my brothers 01, Brian's 01 Paul's 08 and are looking to get as many more as possible but we need at least 12 I do believe. let us know if you can make it to the show, we are looking for a great turn out and representation of the Bullitts. thanks Ed

Right now it is not approved.Approval will be pending until we know our turnout.

Need at least 10 -12 cars.

Also need one '68 replica , if possible.

If approved we will all pre- register and enter together.

We'll have a preferred placement across from the Ford Dealers display - a very nice setting separate from all other show entrants.r

Judging will also be done so a class must be selected.

More details to follow if and when we get the green light.

The fellow who purchased my 2001 said he will enter the show .

That makes 9 committed.

No word yet on whether we will be a separate exhibit .

If not, we can still enter [ we'll be parked by generation ] and plan a get together right after the show for dinner.

Maybe 4 Rivers BBQ nearby.

Or even a Sunday event.

Still waiting to hear from others- please respond .

It is official!

We will have a special Bullitt display at this show- Feb 25 in Longwood, Florida.

Pre-Registration with payment is required by Feb 8 and all cars will be judged based on the class you select.

The link to registration is mid-florida-mustangs

Click on the flyer icon for the Roundup and click on "On- line registration".

I just entered the "Occasional Driver" Class and it was real easy.

Please post here or email me at [email protected] when you have completed registration.

I will be sending you emails for day-of show instructions.

In addition, I'm putting up a tent and table for shade/ a place to gather and place for you to display your Bullitt movie and vehicle memorabilia - posters, die cast cars , etc, etc.

Finally, the MFMC has decided that special awards [not plaques] will be presented to the top three points leaders in each judges class. in addition , these cars will be eligible for a drawing to select the featured car on the 2018 show flyer and event teeshirts!

This will be a great even with lots of displays and special features to separate it from your typical Mustang show.

We should be grateful for the opportunity to be together once again- it only took me 5 years to get this done.

Finally, Finally- after the show we'll cruise to a great BBQ restaurant nearby for good food and companionship.

I just registered this morning. I've been so busy at work since the beginning of the year I almost forgot to register by the deadline. I'll give you a ring sometime later today or tomorrow Matt to catch up and get the Bullitt display details from you.

Would love to be there with my replica but waiting on 2nd back surgery - I'm still bummed about not making the NPD show earlier this month - hoping recovery from 2nd surgery will be long done before the Nationals

Susan and I are registered for the Longwood show. Thank you Matt for getting the Bullitts together.
I will be spending some intimate time with BLLTT and Dr Colorchip before the show. Track days have taken a toll on the HG.

The show is just around the corner and here is what is coming up-

I need email addresses on all attendees - send them to me at [email protected]

Include which judging class you entered- I MUST get this list to the head judge

I will be emailing "day of show" instructions on where and when to meet. We must enter pre- registration together , get pics taken and get placed in our display area.

I plan on setting upo a tent for our Bullitt memorabelia so think about whaTitems you can bring
I'll have the '01 poster for all to sign.

In order to set this up I had to make a deal with the club by forming the " Bullitt Owners Club of Florida " so an " entity " can be a show sponsor and have an area to display the cars.

A fee was involved - this was done so the MFMC club has a system to respond to other car clubs that want to " be together " at future shows.

I think we have 8 Bullitts - still looking for a '68 replica.

Again please email me so we can get the word out to all attendees.
