Ok now for the story.

The wifes '04 Comp. Orange has the same chaser system as the Bullitt but Gary at Meter4it was using the Bullitt as a test platform for a new flasher. The flasher in the wife's car is a rebuilt GT one but the flasher in the Bullitt is a rebuilt '99 Cobra flasher.
What happened is this. As you can see in this first vid, by the way I didn't flip the vid so show mercy, the wife's car is on top and the Bullitt is on bottom and you can clearly see the speed difference. She got pulled over and was told that she didn't signal long enough and fast enough for his taste. So I decided to call Gary and get him to hook me up with a flasher like mine. See the speed is ok but if your changeing lanes you almost have to wait a second, then change and then release with her old flasher.

The second vid has the '04 on the left and the Bullitt on the right and both now have the cobra flasher installed. Much faster.

Hers don't look like their in sync with each other either. I think the right (bottom light on her vid :grin is cycling faster. A bad bulb could cause this or the flasher itself. Other than that, I think it would be a judgment call by the cop.

He let her go with just a warning but I've been telling her it was too slow ever since I installed my system. She said "don't change it cause I like it!"
After the warning her tune changed and she wanted her's to flash as fast as mine.

Nothing wrong with the bulbs really. Mine has tint on the tail lights and mismatched bulbs right now...not to mention 1/2" of dust from all the construction going on so my lights seem so much dimmer.

Yours looks okay. It looks like her left light cycles a bit slower. Check the front bulb, too. It would be easier to tell if they were horizontal :roll: :grin: ! Regardless, they don't look like they would be flashing slow enough/too fast to warrant getting stopped for. Rookie cop? Didn't get his Dunkin' fix? :wink:

I intentionally installed one that slows the cycle down so you could see the sequence better. Surprised someone would take the time to stop you for a slow turn signal....must not have much to do there.

Gotcha, d'oh! I thought it was her car in top video and yours in bottom :roll: Geez, I'm out of it sometimes. Sorry Buck. :grin:
