Just got my call yesterday. I was really kinda surprised at this. It seems that a good number of us are getting these calls. I was on the phone with the Ford guy for a good 40 minutes talking about this car. He wanted to know every little detail.. every little thing that was wrong and how it could be improved. It made me feel good to hear that Ford is actually taking an active effort in finding out how we all feel about our cars!
Of course I gave the car a 10 and my dealership a 10 as well.. they've been great to work with and have addressed all my concerns...
