Got a call from a guy from ICCD today. (I(?) Customer Concerns Definition). Can't remember what the "I" stands for. He sends all the info we gave him from his survery on our Bullitt to Dearborn where the engineers will look at it. We were on the phone for about 45 minutes as we had several factory defect conerns to pass along. But overall, we rated our Bullitt as a 10 (from a 1-10 rating). He asks how you rate the engine works as well as the overall delivery appearance and if you have any other problems with your Bullitt. He asked what we would have liked to improve on it and hubby said just the original 275 HP-of course! He asked how long scratches were and the EXACT location of everything wrong. How many days afterward that you noticed the things wrong and how many miles you now have on your Bullitt.

I guess we're suppose to get an appreciation pkg from Ford soon. He gave me a phone number to call to confirm that I am getting one. A map is included in the package as is touch up paint. You'll need your VIN # and the paint code. Can someone remind me the paint code?

Then he gave us a phone # to call if we have any concerns about our Bullitt later on. I believe he did the same survey for Cobra owners also as he slipped a couple of times and said "Cobra" instead of Bullitt.

Has anyone else got a phone call from ICCD yet?

He asks how happy you are with your dealership on a 1-10 scale and if any of our problems have been taken care of. He confirms the name of your dealership so I know it will get back to them what you said. We gave ours a 10 as they did take care of everything we needed.

Thanks, Dave! I am going on vacation-not with Bullitte tho, on Monday. She will be parked next to the 69 in the garage with the tool box shoved against the side garage door for extra security and hubby nailed a board against the door on the inside too! Want my babies safe while we are gone! we have a kill switch on the 69 but Hubby doesn't want to put one on Bullitte for some reason. Says with the alarm system and the Law Man clutch lock we have enough. :???:

Be back on the boards next week......

If this double posts it's not my fault! I refreshed and everything and it did not show so I am re-posting...
twoPonys: The Law Man Clutch Lock goes over your clutch or brake so the clutch or brake cannot be depressed. We feel safer if we leave the Bullitt somewhere for a longer period of time knowing someone cannot drive off with her with the Law Man locked in place. I ordered it through Speed Vision I think for about $7100. I have the addy if you want it. Just feel better knowing that Bullitte has added security like when we are at a motel or something or out of town.
