RC means that if you hold a mirror under the plate on the brace you will be able to see that it has Ford Racing embossed on it's underside.
So what's wrong with your brace?

RC and Jeff -
Thanks for the info. Nothing wrong, I am just shopping for some room to install a supercharger. Thought the FR strut brace for SVTs and KRs would be a different design allowing for a bit more height clearance with no need to grind back the stock strut brace. I should have been clearer.

Our strut brace is tall. It's also recommended for use on a V6 car, as the V6 engine id taller than the V8. Some supercharger units will clear, others will need some clearance on the brace.

I think our brace is actually better than what is used on the GT500.

FYI- You can get lowering Prothane motor mounts from JDM. It'll give you a bit extra clearance. We installed some with our longtubes, and hopefully will allow clearance for the Saleen supercharger, but if not, i've got another idea or three. :D
