GM Synchromesh and warranty

I was about to swap to the Synchromesh in my transmission and discussed it with my brother who used to be a Ford mechanic. He brought up the issue of whether it would void the transmission warranty should Ford release a TSB. What do you guys think? What about the ones that have already done this. I have the Tri-Ax installed after this past weekend and the Synchromesh was my next step. I asked him how would Ford know? Neither of us have ever seen the stuff, so I don't know if there's a noticeable difference or not.

The fluid that's in there (Mobil 1 ATF, i belive) is red automatic transmission fluid. Syncromesh is more the color and consistancy of motor oil, although noticibly sliperier (did I just make up a word?). Any mechanic will notice the difference. I can't say weather or not it will cause a warranty issue though. I would think not, unless there is a problem and the dealer can link the failure directly to the fluid.
