Alright, I'm being lazy here.....if I want to switch from the 93 to the 91 tune can I just load 91 or do I have to return to stock and THEN load the 91 tune?

Thanks in advance for accommodating my laziness.

Just load the 91 tune and you should have no problems. The stock tune is in there as a "just in case" measure if you ever wanted to return it to stock.

I have read somewhere that the torque comes on stronger at lower RPM's with the 91 octane Brenspeed tune compared to the 93. I'd be very interested to know if that's true.

It will effect your top end at WOT. That is what the higher octains are for. And you might feel the low end but you will see I suppose. You should get a stop watch and a buddy to clock you to see any differences.

So which tune will provide the most performance fun at speeds 0 to say 50mph?

I would hardly ever get to WOT even from a dead stop.

Torque is what you feel in the seat of the pants from a Stand-Still .........
