On the SF cruz I had the pleasure of driving behind 2971 for a time and that spintech exhaust sounds awesome! I love the way the Bullitt exhaust soiunds and this is even better. I think everyone was amazed out how good it sounded. If I can just figure out a way to store the stock cat-back, hmmm...

Hey 208...what do you think of your pullies. I was thinking about purchasing some.

Thanks

2971,

It's hard to say because I put them on at the same time I installed the Long Tube headers. I look at it this way. I don't think they are going to hurt and they were less than $200, so if they only give a small gain they are still worth it. The crank pulley looks better than the stock one because it does not have all of the paint chipping off.

Absolutely, positively agree on the SpinTech mufflers. A definite sound improvement. I also liked somebody's chrome LT headers(BBK's I believe) and the tri-ax shifter! Damn, where will all the money come from? Cheers! Tony

Out of curiosity... I used to love the sound of flowmasters on a mustang, but now (in comparison with our sound) they sound "breathy" or "airy" to me, despite their otherwise nice sound. I wouldn't even consider flowmasters for this reason. The airy aspect really bugs me. (Seems almost all f-bodies have this same characteristic) How about the spintechs? Do they sound airy?

Thanks for the link to Spintech. After hearing your car on Sat, I knew I wanted those mufflers. Your car sounded great.
