Hello all...just a quick update to let everyone know I arrived in country safe and our new base is growing rapidly. Very cold and snowy, but all is going well.

Just to give you an idea of what it's like off base, here's what happened to me today in a cafe outside the gate: Bought a cup of coffee for 10 cents (in foreign currency), and when they gave me my change, I found out what they use for pennies (since they have no pennies)...they give you gumballs for pennies!!!...I about died laughing!!! My daughters would love it here!

It's so nice to be able to log onto Bullittclub.com from the other side of the world. Here's a couple of pics...

Cheers,
Steve

p.s. Hi Christine...I love and miss ya!

Great pics. Reminds me of a while back during the Nam era. I remember seeing cigarettes at Laguardia Airport for 75cents and thinking "I'll never pay that much for a pack of smokes" LOL. Good luck to you and your family, and we are glad to hear from you.

I miss driving #4930 but hopefully when the weather warms up I can hire a babysitter and take my Bullitt out for a spin...need to keep the battery juiced.
