I saw this movie last night.

Way over the top goofy, bloody, gory B-movie fun.

Death-proof car was a hoot. Pretty good car chase scene between a White 1970 Challenger (Vanishing Point-like) and a Black 1968 or 69 Charger.

Great stunts and way over the top.

Apparently the movie flopped coming in 5th place and taking in only $11M for the weekend.

I would still recommend it though.

Pretty cool that Quentin gave a nod to Bullitt and Vanishing point, although where was the 68 stang? :)

It will probably do well on DVD... although not sure it will make enough to recoup the 60 million + it cost..

I saw this out of the corner of my eye watching this Friday night.., but will have to wait for DVD to confirm.

Anyone else notice the license plate on the front of the black Nova that Kurt Russell wrecks?

Good call on that I had never noticed it in the previews.

Plus if there is a 73 mustang in the movie that is most likely a reference to the original Gone in 60 Seconds

Oh yeah, Jeff's pic is 100x better than the one I found. That's pretty cool. :)
