Well there is a local speed shop near where I work so today I figured "ehhh what the hell? why not stop?" I've been meaning to swing in just to see what they got ... well now I REALLY did it :lol: I heard his Bassani cat-back with the "X" pipe ! :grin: - there are only 4 letters to describe it --OMFG!!-- :grin: it sounded SOOO sweet and it's about $650 (he says 18 rwhp) and OF COURSE I'll need a CHIP (good for 23+ Rwhp) while I'm at it :lol: :grin: :grin: so I figure +tax and labor it'll be around $1100-$1200 any fellow Bullittheads that would like to donate to this worthy cause can just send me an email and I will give you the address to send your generous donation's to!! :grin: :lol: :lol: :lol:

You will not be disappointed with the Bassani X pipe and cat back. I was in the process of getting some weld-in mufflers and changed my mind after I saw the quality and heard the sound of the Bassani. Yes, they are expensive but worth it. The sound is different than stock. That is a little more exotic at higher rpms -- kinda NASCAR like, very mean, and a little louder with less drone. Still has lots of the muscle car sound in IMO, too. I know I'm getting improved air flow too -- more hp/torque.
