Im geting wheels for my 85 & posting this is not right
Its just been a bad week & I felt sorry for myself
I have a bud geting married in March & her dad just hands them money to go to Lowes & they have this big Az weding that Im in & I had to rent a tux for $145
Im just going to TN & get married its only $1,200 & the Honeymoon ???????
When your a boy your told that the girls family pays for the wedding not you & then you seee your bud have it so easy
I just fell stupid for posting this

We ran to Kentucky to get married (you could do it same day versus here in Ohio). Saved the money on the wedding and put it towards our first house. We didn't see any sense in blowing money on a wedding (I married a practical girl I guess :wink Our honeymoon was a few days and nights in Cincy (livin' large! :lol, and then we started on house-shopping soon after.

11 years and counting. :smile:

My in-laws didn't like some rowdy truck driver marrying their daughter, so she and I just jumped in my Lincoln and got married in Vegas 25 years ago!

Now the in-laws like the rowdy truck driver because we're still married and all her brothers and sisters are divorced. :lol:

Hey Nasty your story sounds familiar to me.
We were given six months tops....16 years and counting and everyone else in the family has split up.
