I was attending McPherson College's annual CARS (College of Automotive Restoration Students) car show yesterday and they announced that Sean will be bringing his Hero car to their show next year. This show happens on the first weekend in May every year, so unless I hear differently it will be Saturday, May 3 next year. This is a relatively small show with about 150-200 cars typically, but it's always very high quality. This year they had a 1914 Peugeot L45 Grand Prix, a 1970 Hemi Barracuda from Craig Jackson's (of Barrett-Jackson) collection, a 1946 Kurtis Novi Indy racer, and a few other rare cars. One of the biggest categories they have is for students' personal projects. This year there was anything from a frame and engine to an almost completely restored AMC Javelin. I would highly recommend heading for this show if you have a chance. A number of years ago we had 5 Bullitts at the show (my '08 along with 4 '01s), and I think it would be neat to have WAY more than that this next year. I'll get info when we get a little closer.
