I see two little holes in my BULLITT mufflers.If you look at the mufflers from the back of the car you can see them on the bottom.

Did Ford put holes on any other car? Or is the holes there to match the sound of the 68 Mustang?

Actually, those little hlles are there to allow water/moisture to drain from the muffler during warm up and reduce potential corrosion.

Brian's correct. a lot of condensation & moisture can build up in exhaust systems nowdays!

Correct,the holes are condensation drain holes. They have been around a long time,mostly in OEM type mufflers.

a lot of newer cars have these to drain moisture from exhaust....have had several complaints in the car biz over the yrs....
exhaust leaks water when starting... HA!
