According to my service manual, you will need to disconnect the A/C system, remove the dash (yes, the whole thing) and a few things around the cowl. Ford pretty much put the heater core in right after paint. So I am guessing it won't be cheap. Sorry.

Mine cost me $300 labor and $70 parts and I considered that a good deal! This is an 8 hour job, not to be attempted by the timid.
