I had contacted Dale Warner, the VP of the club, on 4/20/09:

What I said was this:
Good Evening,
A few Mustang Bullitt owners ( IMBOC members ) from the PA, MD, NJ, DE area are discussing the possibility of making your next Hummelstown meet a destination. Perhaps 6 to 8 vehicles or ?. Is there any registration, etc., required, or can we just show up? I clicked on the "contact us" link on your webpage and 5 email addresses showed up. Who should I be talking to?

Here is the response I received:
Ron,
You found one of the right people to talk to.
There is no registration fee, but we do ask for a small donation when you come in. There should be enough room for that many cars. We have room for about 200 cars, but you may want to get there a little early. The cruise is for any kind of car so we should have a good selection. We will be happy to have you there. We also give away door prizes and do a 50/50 drawing. The restaurant has pretty good food and ice cream. There are no trophies, just dash plaques.

Vice President

OK Guys, Post Up if you can go. Let's show them some Bullitts!

Do they do it "rain or shine"? Not that it matters - I don't take mine out in the rain anyway.

Steve
Good Morning, Steve,
At their website http://www.pamustang.org/ they say "In the event of inclement weather check the status of the SJ or BK cruise by checking this website 2 hours before the event."
So I would assume that if its raining, they call it off.

Although my B has been rained on Once for a couple hours, I've not driven it in the rain at all yet. Don't know if the wipers work.

Steve,
I was tempted, but Rich and I talked and agreed it was risky( with a possibility of hail). So I just hang at home. I had done the Armed Forces day parade in Reading in the morning with the SteelHorse Mustang club. So I was feeling like I was able to show it off a bit that day.

BTW, THANKS to all active service and Vets. I appreciate everything you have done for our freedom and way of life.
