My new best is 13.75

R/T......1.371 (Don't laught I wasn't ready)
60'......1.837
330......5.612
1/8......8.770
MPH......77.85
1000.....11.484
1/4......13.757
MPH......98.73

Once again my first run was my best. The track is preped before test & tune so after about 1hr in to the night the traction starts getting bad. I made two runs
right after the track opened,I let the car cool for over 3 hours plus,i was waiting for cooler air. I made 2 more runs both were 14.0's with very bad 60's BUT i made my first 99+ MPH run. The cooler weather is coming i'm sure I can squeeze out a couple of 10's at the very srart of the night.

My Bullitt is still stock other then Nitto's.

Congrats, Ray, excellent time, and a great example of what our cars can do without a ton of mods!

Once again congrats ray, thats one hell of a sixty foot time. Did you run it on slicks?
Did you launch at 5000 or 5500? If you did use slicks what was your tire psi at 11 or 13? Wish I could get a 60' like that.

alright Ray! excellent 60ft!

having a prepped track is always a good sign. Were your launching techniques similiar to what I had described?

I'm shifting around 5800RPM's. Looks like your still on the stock tires, get Nitto's. Also, if you drive to the track, that may be your problem, the car stays hot for a long time. I'm one of the 1st to run and the tractions is the best, when the track opens. If you can trailer your car to the track,if not get there early and let the car cool, and be one of the 1st to run.
Next time you drive your Bullitt look at the temp gauge when hot it will be straight up.After you park, go back every half hour don't start it just trun the key to get a reading on the temp gauge. It will take long for it to cool!
When i run at the track my Bullitt temp gauge MUST be on the rectangler box(COOL) if it goes in the area with the lines it's to hot. Even after my burn out it stays on the rectangler box (cool). Just barely!!!!

Thanks 161! I think i read you have 410's? If so can you launch on Nitto's or do you need Slicks?
Gears will be my 1st mod, after I get all the stock ET from the car.
