on my dealer's service! I had a terrible wind whistle around the driver's window/windshield area. The dealership I bought my car from ordered a side glass weatherstrip for me. I was having trouble getting by the dealership, so they gave it to someone who came by where I work to put it on. Here's the incredible part, they are in Pascagoula Ms and I am in Mobile, Al! (almost 40 miles!)Tired of getting treated like garbage by the local dealer? (I was) Just shop around, there are some good ones out there. Estabrook Ford in Pascagoula, Ms is the best I've found.

Nice to see a company that cares! I have a great dealer here to deal with but I am not sure they would go that far.

I have not been impressed by the customer service of the local dealers. However, Galpin, the dealer that I bought my car from, has been awesome. I have nothing but good things to day about them.
