I picked up a set of 3A hyper-white bulbs for #5467 the other day and installed them yesterday.. they are DEFINATELY brighter :smile: although at $20 bucks a piece I don't think they are $40 dollars worth of brighter BUT I could tell a difference so I don't think it was a complete waste I was just hoping for more of a difference. I only drove it at dusk so maybe they will be more noticable when I drive it at night. I did find some made by Pilot that were only $15 each and another set made by Sylvania for $25 each. so figured I'd stay in the middle of the road :smile: If anyone has tried the Sylvania let me know, maybe I will put those in ~ BTW the stock ones were Sylvania. and our cars call for a 9007 series bulb if anyone is interested :smile:

JC Whitney often has the Xenon hyper-white bulbs on sale. I've seen the (non-DOT-approved/illegal) 100/80w 9007 bulbs for as cheap as $9.95 each. They've had the (DOT-approved/legal) 65/55w 9007 bulbs for as cheap as $7.95 each.

as if I didn't ALREADY feel robbed at $20 bucks a piece ! But thanks for the info all the same ! :smile: MAYBE the G/F might get 'em now that they're half the price! :lol:

I got some bulbs by Eurolite for $27 a pair. They are the Super Plasma series and they are DOT legal. They are really white in color, but I had to readjust the aim of the lights a little.

i got some xeon blue/superwhite lights and are really bright and blue but not worth the 30 dollers i paid for them.
