intake manifold

i have searched previous posts and read what i found about extrude honing and port matching the manifolds, but i never found a fallow up on them (if there is one)
Just was hoping to find out if this is worth doing to the car.
I am planning on pulling of the manifold to have the exterior polished and i was going to do all i could to it while it was off.
Let me know what to expect.

Tyler,
You can be the guinea pig. If you get the extrude hone done, let us know where you went, how much it flowed before and after (in CFM), and how much material (weight in grams) were removed. Most importantly, dyno test it before and after. If you do these things, you will be everybody's new best friend.

i am putting the car on the dyno tomarrow. i am expected right at 220 rwhp. (i am in utah---altitude sux) but the manifold is the next place i am hunting for hp. i will let everyone know the info when i get it done. It might not be for another month though.

if anyone else has heard anything let me know
