nothing here Cam. wonder how they choose who gets a survey?

they randomly pick out a sample of customers to receive surveys. The Ford survey is important to the dealerships. Even if the car had some quality issues, the Ford survey reflects solely upon your salesperson as an individual. Every question on there will affect his score and no one else's. As long as your dealership was helpful and conducted business properly, you should give them good survey marks.

my dealer and saleperson couldn't have been nicer, more straighforward, or honest.
no games, no hidden charges, no mistakes, no surprises! my answers on the survey reflected that.......HOWEVER, in the "comments" box i really blasted Ford's assembly line quality. i now have over 12 warranty items that ahve been fixed or still remain to be fixed!!!
