I was trying to get a pic with a swoosh look by driving by while wife took pic. Didn't work but posting anyway.

what did you want to have swoosh? the rims? or the background?

i am sure someone on here with photoshop skills can get you hooked up!

To get that effect, you need an old camera where you set the shutter speed and choose the right type of film... though, like they said, someone with photoshop skills can work wonders

I was thinking the same thing Dee. the same thing. lol


I have a 35 MM SLR camera. Takes great photos if you know how to control the aperture and light dimention.

Take the foto from another car as you both travel at 70-100mph and your background will have that swoosh look youre talking about.


PS: Some H&R SS springs would make it look better too.

you need to slow the shutter down, try it at dusk.

I just kind of wanted the whole picture to look like the car was moving.

It's a motion blur in photoshop with a layer mask to keep the car itself in focus. It's what I do for work. I don't mean I cruise the internet looking for pictures of guys cars to blur, I'm a designer.
