Just a question about the Aircharger kit part #63-1008 I live in a state with emissions test. If this kit is none-emissions legal, why? Are there any other kits from K & N that will work that are Emission legal? And are they worth installing?

This is what K&N reply was to my inquiries were.
"Dear customer,

We do have an Aircharger kit, part# 63-1008 for $ 132.97 retail. This kit
is non-emissions legal. This kit comes with a mass air adapter, air filter
and the necessary hardware to install.

i wish someone with more knowledge would address this cuz i don't understand how more air getting to your intake faster is non emmissions legal????

ANYONE?????
