Anyone have have any recommendations for light weight racing wheels?

17x9 in the 15 pound range?

Low pressure cast?

My Steeda Ultralites weigh in at 17 lbs each...and thats for a 17x9 the 18's run up to 23 lbs..

Oh, for your information, an original Bullitt wheel weights 22.6 pounds.

Hi Dave,
I just called Steeda and was told that the 17x9 Ultralight Chrome is 23 pounds.

That is the same as a stock 17x8 Bullitt wheel.

OOPS, so did ya ask them whats so *%^# "ultra-lite" about them then... !!!!!!!!

The 17 lbs was from info I recieved when I purchased them, I never did weigh them before I mounted em up...... sorry for the bad info.........

Centerline is known for making lightweight wheels. Not always the best looking wheels but they work. Enkei is also a decently light weight wheel company. TeamDynamics are an expensive but lightweight wheel imported from the UK.

here is your best bet in the lower price range that is built for racing and is ultra light. 17x9 15.9lbs and $260 each. Not bad looking either.
