I figured out why I was missing 3rd gear so much. When I'm in cruise mode,(I'm a short person @ 5'9) I usually move the seat back to where I can barely depress the clutch completely. Since most of the times I cruise this way, there is no need for race mode. But when I was at HRP, where I did a modest 14.1 run, I was right up to that steering wheel and uncomfortable as hell. But my shifting improved greatly as I felt the difference in my style. I was very aggressive. :smile: hehheheeh, now I gotta go out and impress the ladies!
