I saw some new Blackwoods on the lot and thought I would share. Sticker price on this one is $52,000+. Just what you need to go with your Bullitts.

$52K for 2WD and bed suitable for carrying.....man I don't know what it's suitable for, but I know I can't afford it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ford is making $25K off every one they sell. "A sucker is born every minute."

On the side of the bed is a modern day version of the old wood grain paneling that was on cars past. It is similar to a wood grain pattern but in black and gray.

Hey sometimes a couple might slip by me until I make it on the lot to have a look. I'll try to do better next time.

Ya know...
I saw a Blackwood replica a long time ago- maybe 2 years? A Lincoln dealer in Plano grafted a Nav front end onto an F150 Crewcab.

And a few months ago, I saw that Cadillac version of the Avalanche driving around in Dallas. I'm betting that was a custom job too.

Cadillac version is the real deal. It also costs about $50K, but is a 4x4, has a more powerful motor, and is much more practical, IMHO, than the Blackwood. If the Avalanche were not so butt ugly, I might consider one. MT did gave it truck of the year though. My sister has one and it is a neat vehicle. The exterior is just a little too "Mad Max" for me. The Caddy looks much cleaner.
