Hi, kfengler, I'm the original poster of this topic. I made many attempts to contact Maisto, but they have no known web link and no one else assisted me in getting through to them. I did, however, pass the link to exoto, exoticar, Franklin Mint, and some other little knowns to get the idea out in the manufacturing public as much as possible,

I'm quite pleased at the volume of interest my topic generated, but, as of now I see no actual value to it until someone with some clout gets a hold of it.

I'd like to think that the manufacturer's are savvy enough to figure out the value of a Bullitt issue. Maisto made the '99 anniversary edition and I think the Bullitt should have at least as much interest.

Any further assistance would be appreciated to push this issue along.

They only made 300 2000 Cobra R's and there is a model out of it. OH, but I don't think it is a dye cast model. It was already made up when I got it. So you would think they could come out with a Bullitt being there were a lot more than 300 of them produced. :???:

Yea, thanks. I did get to that phone number contact, but I live in PA - that's a whopping phone call to California.

Maybe somebody from California would call that number more locally and ask for the director of marketing we'll make our interest known. Direct them to the BullittClub topic that has been hit a few thousand times.

The number again for Maisto in California:
(909) 357-7988
