Here is what Mid America plans every year. In order for us to enjoy our own Nationals we may schedule other actvities in place of the evening schedule at Mid America.
Wednesday the 13th, 5 - 8 pm - Registration - Pick Up Pre-Registration and Register for those that did not pre-register. This is where you pick up your name tags, Hallett Credentials, Register for the Car Show, buy t-shirts.
Thursday the 14th, Hallett Motor Racing Circuit - Open Track day 1 Registration 4p-6p at the Marriott.
Evening Cruise to the Brookside Area on Peoria
Friday the 15th, Hallett Motor Racing Circuit - Open Track day 2
Evening Program, finger foods, cash bar, vendor exhibits, speakers and door prizes.
Saturday the 16th, Tulsa Raceway Park - Bracket Style Drag Racing (This is our main event on Saturday)
Hallett Motor Racing Circuit - Open Track day 3
Evening Banquet - sit down dinner, cash bar, speakers from the Land of Ford, door prizes.
Sunday the 17th, Popular Vote Car Show
Awards Presentation 3PM. This includes drag racing awards.
You will have to pick up your registration packets for Mid America separately from your Nationals packets. So even if you pre register you will still have to go to the Marriott. If you would like to run the Hallett curcuit register early. There is limited space all three days.
