Bullitt No. 0503 checking in at 3315 lbs. with 1/4 tank of gas. Now where are those extra 400 lbs. MM&FF????

haha Mus. That's what I'm wondering.

MMFF is just setting up the excuses for how poor they tested the Bullitt. It will be reported in next months issue, but I've already been told the best they could muster was 13.92. And that was a powershifted pass by Evan Smith who is a damn good driver.

So, not only did they get a heavy car (haha), but also a low hp example. They're going to dog the Bullitt on the power output...mark my words.

We could send them a pre-emptive e-mail showing our best results from the "Houston Bullitt Gang." We could also send them our weights too. I don't think they'll dog us too hard in the article because the best they could get a 99 GT was a 14.11 when they drag tested a new one in a GT shootout.

Best I could get,in the heat at my slick track, 14.10 at 99.7. A 13 anything will make my day! A rematch in late October,or Nov. will be needed.
