Droops, I will PM you his e-mail info. I stay in contact with him regularly. He no longer has his 01 nor his 08. He is in process of restoring his 67 Fastback to be an exact replica of the movie car.
Vicki,

That will be a very nice ride I bet when and if he completes it.

68 Bullitt Replica

Somebody looking for me ? Here I is  Hey Droopy My 68 is needing assembly right now . It's painted and running gear is in I just need to start putting the rest of it together . You know like doors ,put the glass in,put on the bumpers ,put in the headlights, and the interior. I'LL get some pics up when it looks more like a complete car again.

The highlites ? Built roller rocker type 302 with Ford Racing rear sump/external pump oiling system Had to have that setup so I could have the Heidts front disc brake / rack and pinion steering setup for the front end . With that type of front suspension setup I was able to delete the shock towers for a real clean look under the hood.

The 302 is hooked up to a TKO 5 speed trans and my old 8 inch rear with subframe connectors . I also have "line-lock" installed so I can smoke up the 215/70/15 Cooper Delta Esteem Plus tires
