This is #745's roomie for the next few months. It's my buddies Delorean. It only has 17,000 miles on it. It is clean inside and out. Here are a few pics of the car(s) in the garage.

Very cool. DHG 3875's roomie isn't too
hot. It's my wife's Jeep.

Curious, how is the stainless taken care
of on the Delorean? Any special process
like using steel wool...Brillo pads, etc.?

the hub caps don't come off the Charger.

Not that he has it out enought to get that dirty (LOL), but all he really does it just wash it like any other car. He's had the car about a year now and hasn't done anything to the body. It's possible he said to make the finish more mirror like by taking out the "grain" in the finish but he says he's leaving it like it is. He toying with getting the turbo kit for the engine this year. I'll let you know mare when he decides.

I just hope your Bullitt does not get into drugs hanging out with that car. I thought you were putting it away to get it away from snow anyhow, what gives?

Hey chilli, I am really grooving on your
pictures of the Delorean!
That looks like one clean car!
Is it common for them to leak oil...I see
the spots at the aft end with the pan?
A fellow airline pilot friend of mine has one
of these. Apparently there are three basic
versions of the Delorean. He told me some
versions are worth considerably more than
others. Which "version" is this one?

Nice tool chests...is it Craftsman?
Looks like it on the label.
I just got a Craftsman torque wrench for
Christmas...along with a Craftsman creeper!
My wife got them for me...what a cool wife!

I'm not sure on what type it is, I'll have to ask my buddy. As for the pan I think he put it there to catch any drips. Most of the stuff on the floor is just leaves. He got it from somwhere in Northern Ohio. Can't remember where. I'll talk to him this week and find out.

Actually Jimmy it is my buddies, the one who owns the Delorean. As of now I only have a carport at the house so a garage will be coming hopefully next year. He's letting me use the space for free. All he asked for in return was for me to stop by and use my car duster on his car!!!
