I posted this here because I don't think a sticker is a mod (right?). Anyway, sorry for the ugly pics but I only had access to an old scanner.
I got the "C"s from BobWhiteDecals.com and it was a neat experience...first because the instructions consist of Bob himself on the included videotape, second because the "C" stripe package did not include any tape for the door handles (no '99-up "C" stripes have this) and he manufacured and sent them to me for free, and finally because when he found out I had a Bullitt he sent me more free stuff to try out and post on his webpage.

I know many of you don't like stripes on a Bullitt...but to me it's not a Mustang unless it's got "C" stripes.

That is way cool because the C-stripes were an option back in '68. I really like the look of it.

To be honest... I wouldn't do it to mine, but I still like those stripes...especially on black.

I think your C stripes look GREAT. It definately makes the Bullitt look "sporty". There's some site that has magnetic flames for various cars including the Mustang. I'm surprised we haven't seen any lately. I don't mean the subtle dark ones that kind of emerge from the car, I'm talk'in the real bright gaudy ones!

Sorry the scans are so lame...The stripes are silver metallic...a standard non-reflective 3M color.
By the way, I still have all four of these...(I like the stock wheel hubs)...

I'll send the four wheel hub stickers free of charge to the first Bullitthead to post an interest.

#161...I got them free from Bob White. If you want a set just send him a note or phone him...I don't know what he'd charge but not too much I'd think.
