We need some volunteers to help with registration and preparations for events. Anyone that would like to help PM or email me. The following are the positions needed:

Registration/Check In Thursday 3 PM - 7 PM.

Drive In Coordination Thursday 7 PM

T-Shirt Sales Friday 9 AM Hallett

BBQ Set Up Friday 5 PM Hotel

Documentary Parking Friday 7 PM Circle Cinema

Racing Coordinator Friday Hallett/Saturday Tulsa Raceway

Car Show Judges Saturday 5 PM Steak and Shake

I will get with everyone at the hotel as the eventsw unfold to help out. We are going to stuff bags Thursday afternoon around 2 in the meeting room at the hotel. We can make some assignments there. If you make it in later just find me during one of the events and I will think of something.....
