When I start the car its got this weird squealing, and in just about every gear has a very noticeable hesitaion. Once it runs/is driven for a little the squealing goes away and it drives like normal, any thoughts on what may be causing it or how to fix it??

You sure it's not just a serp belt or something like it? My Jeep did the same thing b/c the tensioner was going out.

It does sound like your belt is slipping.

hmm never even thought of that, never had any slipping problems before, and would that just go away after the car got warm?

The hesitation isn't really like belt slip, its more like it bogs down and doesnt go, then it kicks back. If I can't figure it out i'll have to have my mechanic take a peak when he installs the line lock....

Ok well I just noticed something.
Your running a turbo setup so there could be problems there that I have no idea about. lol

Installing my line lock hopefully this weekend as well!

its not a turbo, its a vortech, but yes forced induction nontheless
