Installed the BBK long tubes, BBK cat h-pipe and the FRPP Alum driveshaft. Had the FRPP 3:73 gears installed for me.

Man oh man what a difference. It revs quicker and just keeps on pulling. You know how with the stock exhaust manifolds on and you stomp it to the floor say in 3rd or 4th and you hear the intake change tone while the motor tries to push the exhaust through the suckie stock exhaust manifolds. Well, no more. The tone stays the same because of the none restrictive exhaust and it pulls really great. Best mods yet and worth every penney. Going to get a chip from Paul's High Performance to increase throttle response ( which is already great) and to fix the speedo error because of the gears. Paul says he can increase the hp and torque. Has anyone else gotten a chip from him? He wants $365 for the custom chip.

Congratulations on becoming a member of the Bullitt Longtube Header Club. I have Paul's chip and it works great until my computer "spits it out". For some unknown reason my car just will not work for an extended period with it in place. I have removed it until I can get the car to Paul for him to personally tune it and check the chip. Stay Tuned!!!

A couple of friends of mine and I installed the headers. One of the friends has a bullitt and the other a supercharged 99 GT. We put long tubes on the supercharged GT first then several days later on my bullitt. Our friend with the other bullitt is saving up his money.

I may pick up a chip from JMS motorsports (JMSCHIP.com) They seem to have a lot of experience as well. Paul from Paul's High Performance is out racing right now and can't burn a chip till mid March. Let me know what happens with your chip from him.

The header install was a pain in the butt, but every time I get it on the pain fades and a smile appears as the rest eat my dust.

Change of plans. I decided I'm going to drive the 7 hours to Vegas to have Silver State Motorsports do a dyno tune and chip burn. Will be calling them today to make an appointment. I would rather have a hands on chip burn from the dyno tune than buy a chip sight unseen. I will post the before and after dyno sheets when it's completed so you can see how the tune worked. For $400 installed I hope it rocks.
