At work tonight I backed up another officer on an accident that involved an "89 T-Bird that was rear-ended by a 2002 Lexus SC430 (vert). Lady driving the Lexus was drunk to the point she couldn't even do any of the sobriety tests. Of course she refused to take the breath test. The car was bright red and only had 1300 miles on it. She was drinking a martini out of plastic cup at the time of the accident. I think the car can be repaired. Had damage to the grill (gone), the bumper was pushed back on both side to the tires and the hood was bent up. The other driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out but I think she will be okay. She was very lucky!!!

That's a bummer Cam. Not that she was ok, but that she does not care enough to at least stay home to get smashed. I say we take her car as a reminder to not drink and drive .

Being the victim of a drunk driver rear-end job, I have absolutely NO pity on the idiots that drink & drive. If they want to kill someone I hope it's them.
