Dear Tire shoppers,

After approximately 1000 miles on these tires I can’t say enough good things about them. Better handling, quiet, etc.
Car drives so much better. Definitely worth the money.

Got the exact same tires, sitting at about 1000 miles myself., I couldn't agree more, these tires are worth every penny!
Put'em on the day after we put the Steeda Ultralites on it, lowered it 1.5" I think. What a difference! Car looks and handles great, it really sticks to the road. A lot less sway, the combo of the tires and the springs changed the whole dynamic of the ride.

The 255/45-18 is actually wider than stock. 235/50-18 is the stock size for '08/'09. I've had PS4s on my 08 for a couple of years and really like them. I went from the stock KDWSs to Michelin Super Sports to the PS4. Way more difference between the stock tires and the Super Sports, but the PS4 is definitely another step up over the SS (as it should be). I did the same size upgrade the original poster did. I don't know what prices are doing now, but at the time the 235 and 255 sizes were exactly the same cost, so no reason not to make the switch.

There are two sizes recommended from Ford. This size is one of them and may be a bit narrower. Not sure.
