No fuel pressure, engine keeps running

Getting ready to install Vortech. Hit the inertia switch in trunk, started car and the engine continues to run? Fuel pressure gauge on fuel rail reads 0. 10 minutes and still running (rough). Any ideas?

Hi, this is just a guess, I'm not a mechanic.
Age wear or corrosion on the switch causing a malfunction?
(Rear ended in 2010; mine kept running / driving until I switched off ignition- then had to reset switch to restart it.
Ford did the full crash repair job and said the switch should have cut off the fuel at impact. A malfunction due to age).
Hope this helps.

did you try purging the fuel rail valve and see what it does?

Thanks, I'll test the switch before start up after Vortech install.

Yes, I had installed this great fuel rail adapter on my gauge: Fuel Rail Thread Adapter for Ford Schrader Valve
When my gauge read zero, I removed the gauge and adapter and pressed the shrader valve, nothing.
fuel, air and spark....engine runs. has to be getting some limited fuel from somewhere even if the gauge says 0.
