Ok heres a new one when i was running the ac and stopped and shut her down. there is a hissing noise towards the side that the evaporator drain would be on. its sporadic it hisses stops then hisses again like there may be an air leak or something.Never have heard that kinda noise in any ac system i have ran. Thanx Havgun!

It's the AC condensation dripping on the header. Not a well placed unit, in my opinion....

both of my previous GT's had AC condensation drip on the headers and "ssssss"

If it is a hissing type sound then, yes, it is the water dripping. If it is more of a click, then, more than likely it is the A/C clutch unit kicking in. When I have my A/C running and I roll down my window, I can hear the clicking noise about once every 30 sec.
