I was at the gym this afternoon and found a December 2000 issue of Motor Trend. Inside? An article about the prototype Bullitt. So of course I stole the magazine. It has some good stuff with great pics. It would be a great addition to anyone's Bullitt collection. There's gotta be some old copies out there in barber shops and dentist offices. Happy hunting.

Oh yeah! You can also order back issues too.
I did that with the December 2001 issue of
Collectable Automobile which has an article
on the Bullitt. Still waiting to get them in
the mail.

Motor Trend told me they do not do back issues, a buddy of mine lost the only copy I had around of the Bullitt concept. Are you talking about another source for the back issue?

No, I called Collectable Automobile directly.
I do not have another source for back issues.
The info on Motor Trend not selling back
issues is good info. I don't have that
article so I guess I'll go to the library
and check it out and make color copies at
Kinko's. I made color copies of Ford's
Bullitt Feature Car Brochure and it turned out very nice!

Modifications:
BULLITT chase scene recreated on rear dash
with Revell 1/25 scale 68 GT 390 Fastback and
68 Charger R/T metal body models. Unfortunately
the hub caps don't come off the Charger.
