I know a couple people that I've tried to direct to this site being scared off when they saw the opening page, thinking the whole site is down. I wonder how many people are lost in this manner. Can't that phrase be deleted?

I did it around an hour ago, I just got around to mentioning it.

Good idea. I have something for the main page in the works, but this is a good idea in the meantime. I also have the page redirect people to the forums after 60 seconds of wait.
