Honestly I wouldn't spend the money on a chip just yet. Wait 'til you get more mods and get a chipped burned for your car with the use of a dyno. Right now I would bet that you wouldn't see much in terms of gains.
Call a few speed shops or race shops, if they don't do it they can direct you to who does. I can almost guarantee there is one reasonably close to you. Good luck.
