The torque down low reminds of a good ole push rod 5.0...
The Cobra did not have the same throttle response...although I really like the Cobra and did a fair share of drag racing with NMRA and FFW in Vortech Modular class.
The Cobra was a 13.7-13.8 s @ 102-103 1/4 mile car with the stock 3.27 rear gear; it really needed to have a 4.30 to get it moving because of its weight. I am pretty sure the Bullitt could have beat my Cobra off the line.
I will get to the track at some point and run it to see what it can do. I would expect a low 14 @ 100 MPH. Hopefully, run at least one high 13. We will see.
