Ooh ooh ooh - I might be going to look at another Mustang this Friday. It's a yellow 1970 Fastback with a 302, supposedly a Boss, but we'll see. Classic story about sitting in storage for years until the owner decided they'll never fix it up. I've mentioned this car before, but was undecided as to whether I should look at it or a 68 Fastback which was a rustbucket, but running & dirt cheap. Anyway, I know a few things to look for on a Boss, but can anyone else give me some more things to pay attention to. Specifically, all 1970 Boss cars had a G in the 5th position. Also, a Boss 302 has screw-in freeze plugs, 8-bolt valve covers & a thermostat housing mounted to the intake. Anything else?
