Been leasing the wife's rides since 2005, once kids were older & less messy. Agree 100% w/the Pro's b/c her vehicles are (1) top-tier (e.g. limited models w/all bells & whistles), (2) always under OEM warranty & dealership loves getting our low-mileage/mint back for resale. Don't really worry much w/the Cons b/c I rarely add accessories/upgrades (not needed), she never gets close to mileage limit (current 2017 Jeep @ 19K & lease ends in 4-months on 3yr/10K per yr lease) & we've never had to pay wear/tear (n/a, as long as you maintain ride). Others might not agree, but leasing works well f/us & our needs.
