I have 275-35/18s with Steeda Sport springs. I'm looking at eventually getting a taller tire. The 35s are just a bit too harsh for me. So, I'm going to go with 40s or 45s. Plus, they'll fill up the wheel well a bit more.

My question is what height tire do you all run on your lowered Bullitts with 18 inch wheels? I'd like to go as tall as possible without worrying about rubbing.

Mine has 275/35R18 front & 295/35R18 rear with MRT street springs. I'm not sure what width your rear wheels are. I think most people are running the 295/35R18 rears with deep dish. If I remember correctly there are more options for the 9" wheels than for the deep dish wheels.

I run 255x40x18's for my track setup on 18x9 wheels, I would consider them if I was using a Bullitt for a daily driver... Here are some photos I took earlier this year before an event...

If possible, would you mind posting up some close ups of your 18 inch wheels. They look really nice.

They came on Roush Mustangs (99-04), made by Prime Wheels, available in 9" & 10" plain argent, polished lip or chrome. I purchased my set from a surplus supplier before the Roush insigna was put on. Here is a photo from the Roush forum, this one has the polish lip.

1543 has 245/40s frt and 275/35s r. am going to change to 285/40s or a little larger on back. I like the taller sidewall. The 285/40 has a 27 in. dia. vs 25.6 on the 275/35. thats in the BFG-KDWS. Right now i have no rubbing issues at all. On the front the 245/40s are 25.7 in. dia. vs 255/40s at 26.0 dia.

Running 18x9s on the front; 18x10s DD on the back. These are matched with Toyo T1R Proxes: 275/35ZR/18s on the front and 295/35ZR-18s on the rear. I never experienced a harsh ride. I have MRT's Street Performance Springs, CC plates, and Adjustable Lower Control Arms, which lowered the car about 1" in the front and 3/4" in the rear.

Here are closeups:
