They had to use double sided tape to make it look good, so no one would complain about **** poor fit and finish, as is commonplace with the mustang.
Dont get angry but almost every mustang has to be tweaked in one way or another because installed quality is so poor. As I have seen with my own eyes.
Example: back in april I saw a 2001 Cobra come off the final line, it had a GT rear fascia, V6 front fascia, Bullitt Gas filler door, 1 each v6 wheel (both styles), 1 GT wheel and 1 Cobra wheel. That was just cosmetic, now inside black leather rear seat bottom, tan leather back seat top, 1 cobra seat and 1 GT seat in different colors.
I asked why this came thru this way and it was because they were short on parts. In 1 hours time I saw 15 mustang mixes like the on above.
Leaves alot to be desired.
