Just got back from the east coast of Canada, and had a blast putting 3500miles on the Bullitt. Not one issue with the car and got 24mpg doing approx 75-80 miles an hour. That was better mileage than I got with my Olds Cutlass. Just imagine what i would have got if we slowed the car down to 60mph. Have fun driving your cars, it's better than looking at them in the garage.

slow down to 60 mph? you must be looking for the new chevy camaro forum.   and by the way...you are getting way to many mpg's. mash the gas!   seriously, glad you had a great time in your bullitt. may you have many more.
I got 34 MPG in my 01 going to seattle last weekend..at 70 mph
Glad you are enjoying your new ride!I just got back from a 1600 mile round trip roadie myself in another brand of car with a V8 and got roughly 25 on the interstate with only the occasional run up to 125 and had a blast!BTW it was an 06' Charger R/T so I guess I can post that here,MOVIE related.
I'm really enjoying my Bullitt too. Putting something like 600 plus a week on mine and even gunning it on the on ramps & Cruzin' at between 75 & 80 mph I'm getting about 20 something per gallon.

But what I really like it the double take of other drivers. Kind'a like Oh another Mustang and resuming their regular driving only to do a "What The...?" & strain their necks to try'n have a better look at her.
LOL I haven't gotten higher than 17MPG yet even on the highway. Suffice it to say, I'm having some fun driving my Bullitt.
I managed 32-33 MPG on my recent Oregon road trip.

That's not bad. I still think though that with their variable cylinder function those should be getting even better economy.
