I spotted the same NY Black Bullitt that I saw on the NY Thruway last week, this time parked in Ridgewood, NJ on late Sunday (this)afternoon. By any chance you weren't in the Chinese restuarant up the block because I thought someone in there ( seated in the corner with a woman ) looked somwhat like the guy I saw in the car driving last week? I left a HI note from Montvale Black Bullitt # 2627 on your windshield.
